100Hr Module / Self Care & Yogic Philosophy

Journey to Sri Lanka with international yogi teachers Dr. Andrea Paige and Larry Thraen to better understand our own physical, emotional, and spiritual practices. How do they inhibit or empower our growth? What are our patterns? Where are our blindspots? What traumas have yet to be processed? What control do we have over our psyche? This module is your self-study manual. Svadyaya is our focus for these 10 days. Accompanied by asana, anatomy, and deep inquiry, this is an opportunity to decode your life.

This Module is also available to yogis not (yet) committed to an advanced certification path (but looking to up level their practice) at a reduced (retreat) rate.
